1. The contact lenses reliable ?
Definitely! It has been the leading brand of contact lens in Korea. It is growing as a leading venture enterprise specialized in bio-engineering research and manufacturing of contact lenses. It has been recognized by several International Certificates and now it is selling hot in Europe, US, Asia, etc !

2. The contact lenses available in Malaysia ?
Unfortunately, it is not available in Malaysia at the moment. We need to order from manufacturer at Korea for specific quantity.

3. What is the life spand for the contact lenses?
1 year! After open the container, otherwise you can keep it untill expired (2-3 years).

4. When is the production and expiry date ?
Normally is from 2009 to 2013

5. Do I need to buy two pairs if my eyes have different power range?
No, you don't. You can choose each of your eyes power range by buying only one pair. There is "Power Left" and "Power Right" for you to choose when you select your favourite lenses.

6. What kind of payment method available?
Maybank, Public Bank, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal.

7. Delivery method ?
We will be using PosExpress/PosLaju, depending on your quantity. Should you require any specific courier, kindly contact us for more info.

*International Buyers:
We will quote you the shipping fees based on your quantity and destination.

International buyers can choose your own favorite carrier (FedEx, DHL,TNT,UPS), contact me for further inquiry.

8. Do I COD?
Yes. The location will be at KL Sentral, Midvalley (contact me for further confirmation). *This service only available for our reseller only.

9. Are the goods exchangeable or returnable?
Sorry, once we passed the good to our customers, we are not responsible on it. Make sure you choose the right contact lens and correct prescription.

10. When can I get the lens ?
This is subject to stock availability.

- For Ready stock, it takes 1-3 working days to reach your place after payment clear.

- For Pre-Order, it takes approximately 3 weeks to reach , start to count from the date I placed order. We will ship your items out on next day once we receive it. We know you can't wait to get it :P

11. How to choose between Pre-Order and Ready Stock?
Basically most of our contact lenses available in Ready Stock. However we cannot guarantee that each of the prescription you want will be avaialble at any time. So after you place the order, we will review and keep you update with it.

If the lenses is out of stock, we will ask you whether to swithc it to Pre-Order batch.

Pre-Order simply means if the contact lens's color/prescription you're going to order were out of stock in the Ready Stock List, then you have to join Pre-Order. Pre-Order takes  around 3-5 weeks to arrive after the Pre-Order's session ends. Once the stock arrive, we will then dispatch your parcel immediately and it takes only1-3 days (Malaysia only) to reach your hand.

12. May I have your bank details please?
After the checkout process, we will review and update your order. After everything confirm we will email you with all the relevant information.

13. What about if I place order for Pre-Order & Ready Stock? Ship together or separately?
Yes you're allow to place order for pre-order and ready stock.
